On a rainy day
want to get beaten until the dust flies off you?

There's a joke like that.
On a rainy day, the rain will wash away all the dust,
so really it carries a pretty harsh inner meaning.

But
on a day like today, I wonder whether that harsh meaning
might actually become reality.

Add fine particles to the dust,
and on a certain day
right in the middle of that falling rain
fine dust is at 'very bad'.

Today may be a day to be careful.
Someone, or one of us,
might become the subject of the joke..
