What an unpretentious man says about UX
A UX mind that is fine even without being pretentious
When planning a service
Don't build everything first
and then belatedly fill in inconveniences whose causes you don't understand.
From the very beginning,
go out, get distracted, and listen to the customer — that is UX.
Why? — Because a success whose cause you don't know
is more dangerous than a failure caused by tangled, unclear reasons.
