There can always be another way for any matter

From a reply Hyundai Card CEO Ted Chung personally wrote to a high school student

It helps to assume there can always be another way for any matter. I don't really like people who say 'this is just how this work is done.' Nothing is fixed; you should think there's always room for improvement and another possible innovation. If you believe in business that there's always room for innovation without fixed ideas, you start pondering, and when you ponder, your thinking opens up. If Steve Jobs had been the kind of person who thought 'a phone is just a phone, a computer is a computer, they're all the same,' the creative success we see today would never have existed.
