There is no PM. There is no planning. Only ideas.
Moreover, decisions are impulsive, and there's no manager responsible for the consequences and progress of those impulsive choices.
If the situation continues where I propose and I must take responsibility, people start appearing who look experienced and cool but are actually just bystanders.
Nobody wants to take responsibility.
Once something is decided, even if something better comes along, that project must first be completed properly. Without that discipline, nothing ever ships — and the best ideas rot in the backlog forever.
