Smart Power = Smart Knowledgeware + Smart Software + Smart Hardware + Smart Humanware.
Smart Power can be seen as made up of four components: smart knowledgeware, smart software, smart hardware, and smart humanware. Smart software processes all the smart knowledgeware in virtual space and organizes the results I want. Smart hardware displays those results in the form I want.
At that point, what matters most is not the machine but, in the end, the question you ask. A good question produces a good answer. And you shouldn’t be given just one answer; you should be able to choose among several, and the role and capability of humanware is to choose well among them and take the appropriate action. (p. 259)
