My name is Kim Min-su (pseudonym), working in Paju, Gyeonggi Province.
The company claimed its purpose wasn't simply money — not doing outsourced work, but building our own services. People-centered, culture-centered, environment-centered rather than technology-centered. User (customer) focused, not blindly technology-first.
These were the promises that attracted me. The reality was different.
The gap between rhetoric and practice widened daily. When I finally requested to leave, the response was legal threats rather than professional dialogue.
This edited version documents the experience as clearly and objectively as possible — not for revenge, but to process the experience and perhaps help others recognize similar warning signs.
Lesson learned: when a company's actions consistently contradict their stated values, believe the actions. And always, always, get everything in writing.
