Employees Are Never Quite in Sync with Your Mind

No matter how diligent they are, employees are never quite in sync with your mind.

On top of that, I don’t have the capacity or the means to wait for their growth or to place my trust in them.

My heart doesn’t have a big enough vessel to carry someone else’s life in the pursuit of my own dream. (Or, it’s not optimized for that.)

What I needed was a partner. Someone who acts like it’s his own tomorrow.

What’s a realistic approach?

I just become the employee. And I pick a CEO or an executive I’ll work alongside.

Because a boss, no matter what they do, has no choice but to go at it as if it’s their own tomorrow.

Why did Zhuge Liang, Xun Yu, or Chen Gong give up (not even entertain) the idea of being a lord themselves?

That’s the mindset I’m in, too.
