Business Modeling for a New Venture

The reason I shut the business down was
the thought that I could do it all if only I were not the protagonist.

Not in order to do some particular task,
not because of some organization or department,
but to meet a group that could flesh out the ideas.

I have no fixed stance.
That is because I cannot always be right.

However, when I judge that a long-term efficiency is being avoided for short-term results, or that something is not being done simply because it has not been tried or cannot be done, I have no flexibility in how I push that work forward.

Because within compromise there are two kinds: one is a staged progression for the sake of everyone, and the other is simply "let's wrap it up for now, temporarily."
