That was called the generation gap.
Personally, as it happened, over the last 2~3 years
I've had the chance to share meals, chat, and work with many MZ? folks (20~28-year-olds? what generation is that, anyway?) from several regions.
What I felt, meeting them across many places and channels, was
that the differences between them — in culture, values, attitude, IT environment — were bigger than I had ever imagined..
What should we call this?
Hmm.. maybe 'diversity' is a more 'appropriate' word than 'difference'.
It might just be mental consolation, though..
