After much deliberation, I finally completed the contract. Like the time before military service when I agonized between special military service and active duty - no regrets, and it became time to find my own path through that experience. Time I could be satisfied with.
The current dilemma isn't much different. Starting based on profit margins is just seasonal shop-keeping. Profits merely ride the flow of the times - they're dependent, not self-driven.
Moreover, because you have to keep changing yourself to match the flow, you're always trailing behind. Over time, long-accumulated experience often becomes a risk or turns useless because things keep changing. What matters most isn't profit-driven marketability but mutual growth with your fellow colleagues and artists.

What I worry about: First, I hope it's not just self-indulgence. I'm afraid of being caught up in immediate possessiveness. And I worry it might hold me back...
