It's not that I'm trying to gather money over ten years; I'm trying to gather people
For that I have to know a lot first,
and knowing a lot doesn't mean I learned a lot, or that I should know everything about a job and do it all myself,
It's so that, while doing many different kinds of work,
I can know the hardships, the regrets, and the wishes felt by the people doing those jobs.
No matter how much money you have, even if you run a cafe under a great brand,
if you've never brewed coffee yourself,
never drunk what a customer left behind,
never washed those cups one by one —
what would it mean?
You might as well, with all that money, do real estate or run a gas station...
How can someone who doesn't know the culture call themselves a designer?
How can someone whose nails don't carry the dust and scent of coffee beans call themselves a barista?
The ordinary normal story of a clumsy 27-year-old
— I want to grow it now into a more mature, collective-intelligence normalstory...
