The Road Not Taken - Robert Frost (translated by Pi Chun-deuk)
In a yellow wood, two roads diverged.
Sorry that I could not travel both,
I stood long, looking down one as far as I could,
to where it bent into the undergrowth.
Then I took the other, just as fair,
with more grass on it and fewer traces of feet —
a road I thought more deserved to be walked.
Though in walking it, the two would grow nearly the same.
That morning, neither road
bore footprints on the fallen leaves.
Ah, I kept one road for another day —
yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted I should ever come back.…….
Someday, someday, somewhere I'll say,
with a sigh, that once upon a time
in a wood two roads diverged,
and I — I took the one less traveled by,
and that has made all the difference.
