Sheryl Sandberg:
Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders

A video that not only women but also men should watch.

When housework and office work are felt to be equally valued,
divorce rates drop dramatically
and the frequency of intimate relationships increases.

First, I think we need a shift in perception — that housework is not trivial,
and that men doing housework shouldn't feel awkward.

Only then can the right abilities be used in the right places,
and perhaps a more stable society can be built.

Of course, there won't be immediate change.

But for the sake of future change,
my will and actions today
will be the beginning of all change.
