Team-Building Scenario

#1.
(to be) we Are

  1)     why:  - Helping most people (those who believe they are ordinary or unhappy)

find the value of their own lives

                       - A meaningful life where someone can help another person find meaning in their own life

                       - Not just chasing trends, but creating a new lifestyle.

That lifestyle starts from the lives of internal members before customers, with genuine authenticity.

how:  - Based on simple everyday apps and pared-down services that help people break free from the inertia of the group and routine,

let them share records of each life so others can see it with fresh eyes, and share my lack with another's surplus, realizing an ideal that goes beyond the exchange value of money.

           - Direction and the value of that direction are based on gathering all members' opinions,

and keep room for ongoing individual insight to feed back in. Still, even when turning the smallest idea into reality, consider the many ripples it could send into society.

what: It could be an app on an existing smart device, or a brand-new device.

Smart Farming, platform-ification of housing, a new smart bridge (more fundamental than Google Glass or a smart watch)

It could be an offline 'anabada' store or a campaign through partnerships and the sharing economy. The premise is that every output, regardless of type, represents a form of consumption with sustainable usability—online/offline, individual and group, all ages and genders, rich or poor, across races.

  2) How to go: - Salary isn't payment for a member's talent or work execution;

treat it with the mindset of rewarding their youth, and make the utmost effort on working conditions and benefits.

         - Even if members (initially) don't get much financial benefit,

set support as wide as possible so that they can live a life with the possibility of improvement, a life where they can infuse their daily routine with meaning, and a humane social life including family.

   - Basic value: what matters more for the company's success than customer satisfaction is employee happiness

   3) normal insight: - Democratization of art, a Less Platform Set

                            - New value and role

: changing spaces / positioning and branding, the timing given to commerce / local (offline, small-scale, specific group) commerce

    4) think normal

I want to change. No grand delusions. Not with a life of the same patterns. So, differently? No, more than that, I want to face it honestly.

So I want to change myself first, then the lives of my members, and through that, eventually the world.

#2.

Team-building scenario

    1) Space to provide / $ (house: yard-garden, 1st floor - store/gallery/office, 2nd floor - 5 rooms, kitchen)

           - Office (residence, cooking)

            - Residence (restroom/shower/laundry/drying/guest)

            - Coffee (making, selling)

            - Exhibition (products, photos, paintings, artworks)

            - Education (internal, invited, talent donation, online)

    2) Environment to provide / $2,000

            - Work tools (Mac, Win, Ubuntu / PC, tablet, mobile) 1,500

            - Cooking tools (kitchen, coffee) 500

            - Furniture (IKEA, personal shop) 200

            - Books (used)

            - Vegetable garden

Plan - B

    # Provide a shared residence and search for a free office?

: Downside) likely to move often     VS Alternative) search for government-supported office space

    # Use a shop as both store and office

: Downside) no salary, open-ended living costs and rent burden

VS Upside) secondary revenue possible, saves on operating costs

   # Use only government-supported office space

: Downside) no salary, open-ended living costs and rent burden,

poor work environment     VS Upside) saves on operating costs

    3) Initial team composition: part | alpha/beta

    - CFO: branding (concept), culture (corporate, personal), space (share), investment (VC, angel, government), purchasing, sponsorship

    - CMO: branding (concept), partnerships, PR, marketing, business modeling, planning (service, product)

    - CXO: reviews (trends/apps), guides (color, cognition, HCI), service design, planning (service, product)

    - CTO: reviews (trends/apps), guides (color, cognition, HCI), micro app production/planning

    - User groups: run individually (general users, users with disabilities: teens, 20s, 30s, 40s)

                       : talent donation, usability testing

    4) Service building / work

      - During the alpha period, pull from all involved members and set the First Plan

( second Plan: PT of your own ideas, business plans, improvements / 0.5 times per month

: When a new business item surfaces,

              1) Launch under that proposer's name and share revenue

              2) Mon-Wed / Thu-Fri: execute first Plan and second Plan work)

      - Default work schedule: Mon-Thu first Plan, Fri (AM) second Plan, Fri (PM) workshop

      - Rules: 1) Shared wake-up: 7 AM life review (reading, exercise, SNS, news, garden)

              2) Shared meals: 10 AM brunch, 5 PM lunch-dinner (includes cooking, 1.5 hours)

              3) 7 hours of sleep (Jawbone provided)

              4) External activities on weekends; each part blogs

              5) No commute hours

     5) Cautions

      - No salary paid until revenue is generated.

(Handle temporarily via housing, food, device, comms, and transport subsidies)

      - Revenue is measured as revenue from the service itself, at the point when the unpaid salaries (+ performance bonuses) and operating costs for the early members can be settled in one go.

      6) Content to read before applying

       - URL

       - Books
