Support social activity and blogging so people can brand themselves.
Organization
Staff and work configured per TFT.
Teams formed by project, by contract → by field, by hobby, by experience, by network connections,
and with senior/PM/members chosen accordingly.
Issue badges for active TFTs.
Internal work progress meetings + brainstorming meetings for new in-house BM.
Quarterly, with a review of TFT participation / team lead role / the field of work engaged,
conduct self-evaluation of value and capability, and identify areas for self-development going forward.
Infrastructure / capability building
Study or branding during work hours: internal members.
Study or branding outside work hours: external (students, professors, others) members participate (location and beverages provided).
