[ R&D ] Eye-mouse Interface

The goal is to improve the existing eye-mouse with a more intuitive interface and to provide that interface as an openAPI so that anyone (developer or operator) can make use of it.

1. The aim is to minimize the need for learning and to keep the selections and steps involved in "execute" and "cancel" to a minimum.

2. The build direction is not a universal service-design for everyone, but usability optimized for users who want to use only specific bodily functions.

3. Usability is not based on selecting/executing via icons/buttons, but

   → on selecting/executing using regions and delay-timing.
