Rainbow Festival: July 2-3, 2011 @Nami Island
There seem to be even more music festivals this year than last. Beyond the already established BML, Green Plugged, Worldfest, Pentaport, Jisan, GMF, and Jarasum, last year's Summerwake&T at Naksan Beach and Playground Music Festival in Chuncheon's Jungdo showed even more possibilities.
Music festivals seem to have become a source of vitality for stifling city life. This year, the Rainbow Festival at Nami Island newly joins this trend.
The Rainbow Festival runs on July 2nd and 3rd at Nami Island, ahead of Jisan and Pentaport. Under the title "[Nature's Classic] A New Outdoor Music Festival," it promises to deliver "a wonderful encounter of camping and music."
The first lineup announced so far includes YB, Han Heejeong, Jang Jaein, 10cm, and more.
