Message: \"Are you going out to find a job? I'm going out to find a dream!\"
Summary:
In Korea, many teenagers and young adults — and even people currently working and retirees — know their dream but can't act on it, or don't even know what their dream is, and live their lives that way. For that reason, we want to build a platform that helps everyone in Korea find their dream and then act on it.
First, we provide information about various careers to people looking for a dream, along with information on companies that fit.
Second, we provide a platform where people with the same dream can share information about it with each other.
Third, by analyzing data on job seekers (dream seekers) and companies, we connect job seekers and companies whose conditions match (mentoring and job matching).
Business model area: Internet SW
Business Model (Six Slide):
1. Who is my customer and what problem do they have?
Currently, many of our customers (teenagers, university students, job candidates, job switchers, silver generation) don't even know their own dream and vision and are just running after money and a stable job. They need a dream and vision that makes their hearts race, and they need to be guided onto a path that matches that dream and vision.
2. What will you use to solve that customer problem?
First, provide information on various careers to people looking for a dream, and information on companies that fit.
Second, provide a platform where people with the same dream can share information.
Third, analyze job-seeker (dream-seeker) and company data and connect matching job seekers and companies (mentoring and job matching).
Unlike existing sites that provide only what companies want, we give job seekers more specific, appealing information, and through mentoring (communication) with company people we help them think more seriously about what they want and want to do. Through mentoring, users receive real stories from the field that they couldn't access through their close circle, which builds trust and affinity for the site.
3. What core capabilities do you most need to solve the problem?
Core capabilities needed: B2B sales, IT development, PR/marketing.
My core capabilities: sales and marketing.
Team's capabilities: IT development. But with only one developer it's hard to enter the market quickly, so we're considering adding more people.
4. Revenue model?
Hiring commissions from companies / ad revenue / company marketing revenue
