AR LBS mashups are nice, but
leaving aside that kind of app feature, game, or social,
how many sites are there that you can actually be served on mobile, the way you'd be on the existing web?
Maybe what looks obvious and stale as a service, and
an approach from the user's perspective, can actually be a blue ocean.
Smartphones for the elderly should mix touch and physical-button device controls appropriately. (When answering calls, touch controls require precision, but having a physical-style button on the side of the device etc. is simply better for control.

The problem is the intent: to make a low-cost or innovative high-end solution and sell or distribute it cheaply or as a lease to small business owners.
This not only adds cost to them but, because of developer-centered design, also passes the burden of learning and research costs onto already pressed small-business buyers.
In addition, ongoing management of small business owners is needed, but the corresponding measures are far too removed from reality.
When you distribute and sell new solutions to them,
build a billboard that consumers will come to on their own, and let producers manage things themselves by their own choice or get support from a middle vendor — so they can focus solely on running their store. That kind of environment.
In other words, not service for service's sake
or solution for solution's sake,
we must build a small-business environment where they can devote themselves only to their own business domain.
The same applies to the government and to research institutes.
(A research environment where one can focus on research, an educator's environment where one can focus on education.)
Rather than demanding entertainer-like functions or abilities from them, we should create environments where they can more smoothly grasp and develop their own capabilities and immerse themselves.
A solution that, by enabling many things,
optimizes many tasks,
so that they can immerse in their work, raise satisfaction, feel a sense of achievement,
and become self-motivated of their own accord.
Because humans are not programs, nor languages, nor products.
Especially for the aunties and uncles.
