Problem: Trying to fit the sprawling content of the existing website into mobile as-is has created accessibility problems for users.
Direction: The point is not to cut the amount of content to fit mobile, but to deliver as much of the web's content as possible through a mobile-appropriate interface.
Plan: Restructure navigation appropriate for mobile; improve the way content is presented; provide a consistent UI across pages.
