Something they hate but can't quit. Yet it holds both positives and negatives.

Of course, that's entirely true. But it's too much complaining and victimhood.
If you really don't like it, you should look for ways to change it.
One-sided problem-raising only makes the situation worse.

It's no different from criticizing politics or the market economy.
Even if it's not a concrete alternative, at least some direction should be suggested.

Criticism without alternatives is just noise. If SNS exhausts you, build something better — or at least articulate what "better" looks like.
