The long-running KokoFun service
is starting to waver in the independent positioning and clear BM direction it had at the start of the business.
From a practical information magazine for young people, its role is fading into a collection of flyers (ads).
With the recent rise of social networks like Coupang and Tmon, that confusion is only getting worse.
Of course, I expect there are many reasons — operating costs, sales, and so on.
For that reason, I'd like to look, starting from the practical side, at areas where there's room for gradual improvement.
