Hello, this is the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
We are exploring various ways to move from specification-centered hiring, such as school background, toward ability-centered hiring.
One of those approaches, the "ability-centered hiring model," is a standardized tool for evaluating applicants' basic job competencies and job performance capabilities through document screening, written testing, and interviews by hiring field.
It is designed as a tool to help companies in recruitment, and job seekers can also use it to better understand what kinds of abilities companies want and to adapt more effectively to practical work.
To improve the use of this ability-centered hiring model, we are conducting a research project and are therefore carrying out the following survey for job seekers. We ask for your participation.
Thank you.

The intention is good, but the process and procedure are complicated, participation is inevitably limited, and even the criteria of evaluation remain ambiguous.
