NS

Basic sequence

1.

Research design

Research objective ("This is a surgical procedure for 00.")

Subjects (profile — group, age, gender, headcount, period)

Expected conclusions (what purpose the survey serves, what we stand to gain, whether each survey has its own specific purpose / insight to obtain)

Big questions (5): the order of the questions, whether the detailed questions align with the objective, whether they fit the sub-theme

2.

Concept definition, feature definition

(If needed) additional questions on specific features

3.

Secondary benchmarking (similar or same-concept service models)

Identify pros and cons, usability testing

4.

Screening guide (identifying and filtering subjects)

In-person interviews (in-depth, etc.)

Basic requirements for writing surveys

What service, concept!, trends in the space, benchmarks on similar services, deriving insights!

Phrase questions plainly, attach images, make it easy to understand

How often do people do it?

Why did the wish list (Daum) fail?

Do they understand SNS consumption culture?

Facebook, Twitter

Too much hassle, don't see the need,

Clear decision-making through questions

Where do they do it

In what situation

Provide information even if long

Location shift (after commerce)

Mostly window shopping / and if so, why?
