A Change in Units

The last two or three days have been longer than the past two or three years.
It is, indeed, the era of the quantum. In short, in that nothing is determined until choice — no, until payment — it can be said to be truly so.

Neoliberalism, which brought about mass production and infinite competition, has, at least in terms of price per weight, long been following relative theory.

In light of these points — neoliberalism may, politically, be a product of democracy, but on the financial side, one could say that it is even more class-bound than past class societies and more in line with the logic of survival of the fittest.

In past class societies, status could be maintained through the monopoly of information. If your class was low, you had no chance to read written words or to learn, so you could only sustain yourself through manual labor, and a wearying daily life robbed you of opportunities to learn, to shift your perceptions, or to write.
Neoliberalism maintains its position and controls authority through the power of financial flow. The exchange value held by finance carries with it the right to dispose of and evaluate, and the trust over, almost every physical element including life itself. The scope of authority over and exercise of force in class societies is very similar.

These phenomena, ultimately, end up adjusting nearly all units.
The time has come, whether we want it or not, when nearly all units will be adjusted.
